Ribbon Goddess

Ok, so the background sucks and so does her dress. I have an explaination for the dress! I the layer in photoshop that had the dress after i had finished colouring it DISAPPEARED!! I got so cut, but yeah i had to redo it again... -.- The bakground sucks cuz.... well i can't draw backgrounds. The hair is proly the best. hehehe. I'm actually happy with this picca. Just the dress-layer disappearing ticked me off...

I used Photoshop Cs 8.0 and lots of Pen tool. MWHAHAH
